The trigger point massage is a treatment that works deep within a muscle to reduce potential movement restrictions and/or pain. You will learn to identify the trigger points and then precisely treat these myofascial trigger points.

Requirements Trigger Point Massage engl.:

Massage Practitioner or Basic Sports Massage Course or equivalent massage/anatomy knowledge.
Please bring loose and comfortable clothing.

Trigger Point Massage Course Content:

The trigger point massage is a treatment that works deep within a muscle to reduce potential movement restrictions and/or pain. You will learn to identify the trigger points and then precisely treat these myofascial trigger points. About the 20 most important muscles will be taught to conduct an adequate treatment. Treatment concepts will be developed, and various techniques will be discussed. After successfully completing this seminar, you will be able to perform a treatment lasting approximately 45 minutes.

Trigger points have referral areas, which you will also learn about in this course. This is important because often only the place where the complaints are located is treated (Davos Principle). However, it can also be a referral area of a trigger point. You will learn to apply this technique differentially.
